Acceptance

By using Spellisimo or spellisimo.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 to create an account. Sharing accounts, selling accounts, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage may result in suspension.

Conduct

Do not cheat, use unauthorized third-party software, or harass other players. We take sportsmanship seriously and will ban accounts that do not.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play. Refund requests go through Google Play's refund flow. Virtual items have no real-world value and are not transferable.

Intellectual property

Spellisimo, its name, and its content are owned by the Spellisimo team. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos for non-commercial personal use.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Material changes will be announced in-app.

Liability

Spellisimo is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
