The Spellbook

Every spell in Spellisimo is a gesture you can learn. Below is a working list of core spells, the rune you draw for each, and what it does. More spells unlock through dungeon runs and seasonal rewards.

Fire & Storm

Raw damage. The spells you open a duel with when you want to pressure fast.

Emberfall spell artwork

Emberfall

Gesture
Zigzag your finger rapidly back and forth.
Effect
Releases a rain of glowing embers that scorches anything in their fall path. The heat lingers for a heartbeat after the spell lands.
Blaze spell artwork

Blaze

Gesture
Trace a triangle on the pad — three sharp corners, closed.
Effect
Sears the target with a triangular sigil of living fire. The initial burst scorches hard, and the flames cling — burning the foe over several seconds (or turns, in a duel of mages).
Deals damage and ignites the target — burns for extra damage every second in dungeons, every turn in PvP.
Voltrend spell artwork

Voltrend

Gesture
Draw a straight line outward from the center.
Effect
A focused bolt of white lightning leaps from the wand tip in a straight line, striking the first object in its path.

Earth & Light

Control the field. Root enemies, blind them, and dictate the pace of the fight.

Terragrip spell artwork

Terragrip

Gesture
Scribe a V below, then a single tap above it.
Effect
Summons a cleft of jagged stone that closes around the target while a single binding mote drops from above, locking them in place. Deals light damage — the real weapon is the stillness it leaves behind.
Solara spell artwork

Solara

Gesture
Sweep an arc partway around the center.
Effect
A bright pulse of sunlight that pushes back shadow and momentarily blinds anything nearby. Useful at night or in caves.
Marks the target — your next damaging spell is a guaranteed critical hit (2× damage).

Shadow & Death

Dark magic. Bypass defenses, drain life, and punish overconfident opponents.

Umbracleft spell artwork

Umbracleft

Gesture
Scribe two vertical lines, side by side.
Effect
Carves a crescent rune of living shadow that cleaves through armour and lingering wards alike, leaving a brief umbral scar on whatever it touches.
Deals damage and empowers your next Dark spell for +30% damage.
Mortum spell artwork

Mortum

Gesture
Scribe two V shapes, stacked one above the other.
Effect
A crushing verdict of shadow. Two cleaving sigils fall in sequence, tearing through flesh and ward alike with devastating force — but the caster must recover between invocations.

Ward & Life

Survival. The difference between a clutch win and an overconfident death.

Aegix spell artwork

Aegix

Gesture
Draw a full circle around the center.
Effect
Weaves a rotating barrier of pale blue light around the caster, deflecting projectiles and minor hexes for a short time.
Weaves a shield that absorbs damage.
Lifeweave spell artwork

Lifeweave

Gesture
Trace a plus — vertical stroke, then horizontal.
Effect
A soft pulse of restorative radiance. The weave knits a little of the caster's vitality back together — never enough to turn a fight, but enough to buy another breath.
Restores HP to the caster.
